• Your sponsor will place you in his or her sales organization. This position is called your Independent Business Center (IBC)
• Your IBC has a Left and Right Leg or Team in which sales volume accumulates (Figure 1)
• Your sponsor can determine whom to place you under as well as which leg
• You will automatically be placed 1st level to your sponsor in the Monthly Residual Plan

• Complete the Independent Distributor Application to create your Independent Business Center

• Generate a single order of a Builder, Business Builder, Wealth Builder, or Ultimate Wealth Builder Package (optional) on your I.D. number
  
• If you selected an Ultimate Wealth Builder, a Wealth Builder, Business Builder or Builder Package when you filled out the Distributor Application, you have already activated your IBC
• You may also purchase a $29.95 Sales Aid Kit and personally generate 150BV on a single order to activate at the Wealth Builder Level, 100 BV at the Business Builder and 50BV at the Builder Level.

• Personally sponsor and sell one Membership Package on your LEFT LEG and
• Personally sponsor and sell one Membership Package on your RIGHT LEG to qualify for Power-Pay commissions (Figure 2)
• Maintain the 20 BV minimum per calendar month to receive 5% monthly residuals if you are a Builder or
• Maintain the 30 BV minimum per calendar month to receive 10% monthly residuals if you are an Ultimate Wealth Builder, Wealth Builder or Business Builder
• You generate BV by personally purchasing product, or from Personally Sponsored Retail or Preferred Customer product sales within your organization (including sales made through your Replicated Website)

• You receive the difference between the wholesale cost and retail cost paid by your Customers who have ordered from you or through your Website.

• The Direct Sales Commission is paid weekly commission to the sponsoring Distributor
• The DSC is $20 on the sale of any Builder Package
• The DSC is $30 on the sale of any Business Builder Package
• The DSC is $50 on the sale of any Wealth Builder Package
• The DSC is $100 on the sale of any Ultimate Wealth Builder Package
• This includes sales to new Distributors who purchase the Personal Preference Package

• You receive $50 commission each time your organization generates a minimum of 900 points in accumulative Package sales with
• A minimum of 1/3 (300 points) of each 900 points is required in one leg of your IBC and
• A minimum of 2/3 (600 points) of each 900 points is required in the other leg
• All unused sales volume carries forward to the next pay period as long as you maintain your minimum monthly BV (Figure 3)

• 5 Wealth Builder Distributors = 10% + 10%
  To Qualify: Have a minimum of FIVE Personally Sponsored Distributors who are at the "Wealth Builder" level in your organization to qualify and receive a 10% commission match based on the amount of the Power-Pay Weekly Commissions paid to ALL Active Distributors that you Personally Sponsored in your organization (your Level 1). In addition, receive a 10% commission match on “their” Personally Sponsored Active Distributors (your Level 2).
  To Receive Ongoing Matching Commissions: Maintain 5 or more Personally Sponsored Active Retail Customers, Preferred Customers, Builder, Business Builder, Wealth Builder or Ultimate Wealth Builder Level Distributors.
  
  
• 10 Wealth Builder Distributors = 20% + 10% + 10%
  To Qualify: Have a minimum of TEN Personally Sponsored Distributors who are at the "Wealth Builder" level in your organization to qualify and receive a 20% commission match based on the amount of the Power-Pay Weekly Commissions paid to ALL Active Distributors that you Personally Sponsored in your organization (your Level 1). In addition, receive a 10% commission match on “their” Personally Sponsored Active Distributors (your Level 2), and also on the Active Distributors your “Level 2” Distributors Personally Sponsor (your Level 3).
  To Receive Ongoing Matching Commissions: Maintain 10 or more Personally Sponsored Active Retail Customers, Preferred Customers, Builder, Business Builder, Wealth Builder or Ultimate Wealth Builder Level Distributors.
  
  
• Example: If you have 10 personally sponsored Wealth Builder Distributors in your organization each earning $2,500 in weekly commissions, you will receive a $5,000 weekly matching commission.

  You must be qualified in the previous month. For example, you must be qualified in November to receive matching commission on December Power-Pay Weekly Commissions.
  
  There is a cap of 70% of all Power-Pay Weekly Commissions for a given weekly pay period. The cap will be applied after Power-Pay Weekly Commissions and Matching Commissions have been calculated (including the $25,000 per week personal cap). This cap will be applied to all Power-Pay checks exceeding $2,000 per week.

Direct Sales Commissions, Power-Pay Commissions and Retail Profits
are Paid 4 Times Each Month:

• Monthly Residual Commission is the monthly commission paid on the Business Volume (BV) (BV) of the products sold in your organization during that month
• The commission is paid up to SEVEN levels
• The percentage you receive is based on your current membership level (Consultant; Manager; Regional Marketing Director and etc. (See Distributor Levels page for qualifications).
• Any Distributor, Retail or Preferred Customer you personally sponsor will automatically be placed on your 1st level in the Monthly Residual Plan (Figure 4).
